Friday, March 15, 2024 - By the bottle at Barolo Grille in Denver. Decanted for a couple hours. Nose is savory with olive brine, white pepper, beef broth, red berries. Palate is fresh and herby with rosemary, hint of orange peel, red licorice, clay, green olives, white pepper, cherries. Very precise, especially as it opens up. Lighter body than i expected, nice finish with good balance between tannins and acidity.
