Saturday, June 5, 2021 - A very classy Chablis with a remarkable qpr! A fresh and yet complex bouquet with tones of green apple, lemon and a hint of wool or smoke (can't make up my mind there). The palate reflects the nose but I also find minerality and herbs in the finish. Elegant and smooth with a good length, this wine is mature and peaking now if You ask me.
