Mineral with notes of crushed seashells this had understated green and apple and lemon fruit coated with a little butter. Crisp and refreshing, a lovely example of this unique appellation. CHP 91pts

Straw gold in the center, but still showing a hint of green at the rim. The nose and flavors are mirror reflections of each other with lemon, saline, mineral and almond wrapped in an almost creamy mouthfeel. This pairs amazingly well with the meal as the saline marries with the saltiness of the ham and the acidity and fruit tame the edginess of the endive; a perfect pairing. 12.5% alc. With ham and endive in gruyere bechamel sauce. 01.19.23. Recommended.

A very classy Chablis with a remarkable qpr! A fresh and yet complex bouquet with tones of green apple, lemon and a hint of wool or smoke (can't make up my mind there). The palate reflects the nose but I also find minerality and herbs in the finish. Elegant and smooth with a good length, this wine is mature and peaking now if You ask me.

On the nose: citrus, minerals, pears, mushrooms and nuts
On the palate: saffron, citrus and a hint of sweets with a silky texture
Can drink any time, all day. :-)

Fruit driven, some spices in the end. Balanced. Lacking some complexity.
