Likes this wine:

Wednesday, October 18, 2023 - Strong characteristics of northern Willamette Valley. Clear ruby robe indicating some extraction and concentration. Floral elements and nutmeg/cinnamon/cardamom on the nose. Well into a secondary stage, with restrained fruit, acidity to the fore, and smooth, mostly resolved tannins.

Seems best with a saucy, wintery, and rustic dish. That said, the lowish ABV makes it a flexible option.

Tail to be tasted in a day or so.
