Strong characteristics of northern Willamette Valley. Clear ruby robe indicating some extraction and concentration. Floral elements and nutmeg/cinnamon/cardamom on the nose. Well into a secondary stage, with restrained fruit, acidity to the fore, and smooth, mostly resolved tannins.
Seems best with a saucy, wintery, and rustic dish. That said, the lowish ABV makes it a flexible option.
Tail to be tasted in a day or so.

Good over two nights. More earthy and interesting than the prior bottle. Good stuff.

Absolutely delicious Oregon PN. Nose, body, mouth feel, taste and finish all top shelf. One of Kens best IMO.
