Monday, May 25, 2020 - Medium lemon Color. A lot of peach, butter and smoke on the nose. Med acidity, Med alcohol, med body, Med flavor intensity, Med finish. A lot of butter, smoke, overtowering the fruit, which is not sth I personally like. As a consequence lacks a bit of freshness and vivacity. A bit disappointing but still paired well with our sushi’s.
