Sunday, March 27, 2022 - Good but not outstanding. Well balanced and certainly still fresh with the acidity in the mix, but somewhat lacking in the cherry nuances I would have expected from a Chianti Classico at this level. Still it was better than the sirloin steak that accompanied it!
