Tuesday, February 9, 2021 - Found a bottle lost in the back of my cellar. Obviously past its prime, but still drinkable. I had it with a bbq flank steak and smashed potatoes. Brambly notes and some stewed fruit. But after all this time, it was nice to see some fruit left. A little hot from the alcohol, but it paired well with the bbq sauce.
