Sunday, January 15, 2006 - Medium to dark ruby color. Initially the nose had black raspberries, cherries and spices. With air the fruit got darker becoming blackberries and spices with just a hit of raspberry. Medium body with persistant but ripe tannins and good acidity. On the palate there were blackberries, cherries, spices and a bit of oak. The finish was of good length and full of spicy mixed berries.
