Friday, August 18, 2023 - A bit of reduction here in the Antoine Jobard style and this really benefitted from 2 hours of air. Classic Meursault in mid-life with flavors of lemon oil and hazelnuts and a very fine, pure slightly oily texture. Very lifted and complex on the taut finish with notes of mineral-lashed rocks and nutty spices.
