The wine shows a very different style than all the champagnes from the other producers. Tight, austere but broad in the same time, citrus, quince, some oxidative notes, impressive
Palate shows the same profile as the nose, shows density, austere again, feels tight, fresh, med body, med to high acidity, long finish
Elegant, finesse, rich, balanced, not the easiest style though
