Saturday, January 13, 2024 - A vinous nose of dried apricot, oxidative flavors of nuts and almonds, fresh brioche and white chocolate. This is all embedded into a crisp and salty mineral base. Expansive with aeration, adding more complexity and aromas such as yeast, sunflowers and gingerbread. the On the palate Sherry-like element and more nutty aromas. A vinous density, smooth and great perlage. Didn’t catch the disgorgement date, but was a recent release. A stunner from Sélosse.
