Saturday, December 6, 2014 - Domaine Champagne tasting: Disgorged in 2006. Golden hues, very small amount of bubbles. Creamy, very mild hazelnut and zephyr as well as baked apple, hyacinth, rye bread. Long and balanced, like a white Burgundy. With time it starts to show aromas of mushroom and dried apple, may be even some curry. Very vinuous. Outstanding.
