Friday, August 5, 2016 - Disgorged 06/2010. Dinner@Happolati. If served blind I would have guessed Substance, as I often find the Intitial to be a bit leaner and with less on offer. Not the case this time. Great mousse. Very harmonius in the mouth. Lovely mature notes, with the oak and sherry nicely integrated, and the great Initial vibrance still intact. Great bottle and prefect match to our lovely starters. 94-95p.
