2012 Palmer & Co Champagne Vintage Brut

Had this following DP 08 and before Senez CS73 02 and Telmont 75, and the Palmer 12 clearly stood out as the best for me. Really aproachable with some lovely development, fine texture and great balance. Worth stocking up on.

Had two of these following a double mag CH 1989 Millesime (collection - deg. 2019), and both the two did not fall that much short of its big brother. It lacked some of the freshness but gave such pleasure and for sure was a worthy follow-up of the 89. One was slightly so better (94+) than the other (93-).

NV Charles Heidsieck Champagne Brut Rosé Reserve

2012 base, disg 2018, regular bottle. Opened a week ago, now it was really singing. Great balance and lift. Fruit is still holding up very nicely. Seductive. I was at 90-91p on opening, now it is at 93p for me. Love these bottles.
