Friday, February 17, 2017 - Disgorged Jan-12-16. The nose was good, but served in a champagne flute so could not appreciate as much as when served in a larger glass. The bouquet really opens on these with some air time and closer to room temp. On the palate this tastes of brioche, golden apple, a bit of carmelized honey, bright acidity and fine mousse. Definitely one of my favorite champagnes.
