Saturday, July 28, 2018 - Dinner at Bistro du Vin, Kennedy Town HK. First introduction to this Champagne. Not too bubbly but still very refreshing. Complex, multi-layered, with lots of fresh acidity, concentrated zesty fruit, toasty notes, and a touch of oak.
