Wednesday, September 12, 2018 - Disgorged Oct '14. First time with the Initial, had Substance before. This is definitely much younger, but very similar in style. Nutty on the palate initially and nose was slightly tight. With some air (few hours) and warming up, got great acidic bite and the nuttiness falls to the background, but then a bit later nuttiness comes back again. Enjoyed its evolution over the evening. Bubbles were persistent throughout the evening as well.
