So good. I think I actually prefer this over Keller VdF. Gives me that similar minerally acidic structure that's so refreshing.

Acids on this are bangin. Great drink right now just to check in. Pretty open, bright citrus and green apple. Slight pithiness on the finish that I assume will integrate fine with age.

Solid Chablis, good structure and minerally. Nose seems a bit closed. Next day didn't budge too much either.

<edit: ignorant comment about diam10 - diam10 is legit, doesn't indicate maximal aging duration>

For me personally, I'd prefer Rav Chablis, one more data point for me that producer trumps everything.
