Thursday, April 1, 2021 - 2019 disgorgement; a wow champagne, vinous and powerful, lush and full bodied with loads of fruit both yellow and red and ever present mineral notes of both limestone and something darker and richer, Sherry notes abound but do not distract, yeasty dough and plenty of autolytic notes give plumpness yet acids are taught. Not a delicate wine so I would say leave this for the dry aged steak and skip the seafood.
