Wednesday, June 30, 2021 - Disgorged Feb 3 2010. Drank this along side a bottle of 2014 disgorgement Initial. This 2010 disgorgement bottle was a touch more complex and offered additional depth on the palate. The profiles were similar with citrus zest, oxidative notes, good richness and acidity. The younger 2014 disgorgement bottle had a bit more freshness to it, but overall my preference was for the 2010 disgorged bottle.
