Thursday, November 16, 2023 - This is an excellent white that manages to combine the ripeness, elegance and aristocratic complexity in one bottle. Incredible aromatics that keeps evolving in the glass, layers upon layers of green apples, tropical fruit, flowers, brioche, oyster shells, chalky minerality. Very high, yet super tender acidity that never burns.
The overall feel and presence is that of a 97+ point wine, but imho it lacks a bit of depth and concentration on the palate to propel it into the highest leagues.
Still a real wine experience.
