Thursday, July 8, 2021 - Consumed over 3 hours. On open showed a rich and thick nose, oak coupled with strong berry fruits. Palate was velvety and showing more lush raspberry’s coupled with some clay and minerals. After two plus hours more stone and minerals came through. Ending with crushed gravel and black stones. Great evolution over time. In summary muscular and well structured as expected from a Gevrey.
