Friday, March 10, 2023 - Was thinking of pulling the trigger on more of this as new vintages are getting quite expensive. Thankfully decided to pop one from the stash first for evaluation. Quality not nearly matching the hype tonight. Lean, cranberry, disjointed. OK mid level Volnay. Perfume maybe best aspect but palate is shut. Maybe will come around but who needs the risk. So many other good 17s out there.
