Monday, July 30, 2007 - Big fan of Carlisle, but not particularly a big fan of this Zin. Dusty plums on the nose, with sweet cherries and raspberries on the palate. The wine is simple and straight forward, while being a bit on the sweet side. Easy to drink, but in no danger of being an outstanding wine.
