Saturday, September 25, 2021 - If you have this wine in 2021, keep it! I opened a bottle Wednesday and it was unbalanced and awkward. Recorking it and having it Friday/ Saturday it is so much better with forest fruits and herbs and oak. It balances floral lightness with a strong body. Highly recommended and keep it in your cellar until 2023!
