Tuesday, February 7, 2023 - Napa 2023: the quieter version; 2/6/2023-2/11/2023 (Napa/Sonoma California): Darker fruits right at the beginning which seem to morph to more darker red fruits - maybe something like a currant. Lots of pepper and spice. Just a slight hint in the background of the minty/eucalyptus style that I associate with the vineyard. Very clean and classic style of winemaking.
