Tuesday, July 12, 2016 - Wine Monuments Man Chapter 1 (Berens am Kai 1 star Restaurant): Barolo meets Bordeaux with some Northern Rhone but the result is a perfect Burgundy wine.

3 hours of decantation was hardly enough, probably 12 hours would be ok.

Very spicy, cassis, violet, roses liquer, red berries, unbelievable power, white pepper like a Hermitage, for me it is Mike Tyson behind a Kate Moss face. at least 20-30 years ahead, 98-99
