Saturday, October 2, 2010 - Had this at Palena with Aunt Peggy, Uncle B, Selma, and Ian. Always a solid effort from Gruet. Lively with yeast and green apple finishing with a touch of sweetness. Just an awesome apertif. And a killer pairing with the crudo that evening.
