2016 Sanguis Bossman

Community Tasting Note

Wednesday, March 10, 2021 - Following a three-hour decant, this was like stepping into your most comfortable loafers. Perfectly balanced and so easy to enjoy. SoCal hillside aromas and tastes that lean toward herbs and red fruits. Lavender, thyme, bay leaf, ripe strawberry, followed by some asphalt and crazy spice in the finish. Lovely. Our favorite vintage of Bossman ever. Our only bottle, but, fortunately, some leftovers for tomorrow night. Drink now (with decant) through 2026. Outstanding.
