Sunday, August 7, 2022 - Fantastic white burgundy. Definite notes of some kind of nut, fruit but not ripe, possibly slightly tropical. Seems like medium acid but super energetic and really carries the flavors along. Highly recommend, especially with a fish/chicken dish with almonds/walnuts/pine nuts to match the wine.
