Saturday, April 2, 2022 - Powerhouse new world Tempranillo that bears little resemblance to old school Riojas. Deep notes of dark berries with medium to high tannin and acid. Kept evolving as the bottle was kicked, even after a 1.5 hour decant. Definitely a food wine! Excellent stuff.
