First time tasting a Booker Tempranillo and it was enjoyed by many. Deep dark smoky fruits, roasted meats, crushed flowers and scorched earth. Excellent acidity and finish. Cheers

Powerhouse new world Tempranillo that bears little resemblance to old school Riojas. Deep notes of dark berries with medium to high tannin and acid. Kept evolving as the bottle was kicked, even after a 1.5 hour decant. Definitely a food wine! Excellent stuff.

Pop and pour. I was worried I opened too early, but it did not disappoint. Tasted over a few hours. Really delicious. Nice fruit, good balance and nice finish. Drinking well right now.

- Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of vanilla, black pepper and blackberry. It's balanced and has flavours of blackberry, black currant, smokey and vanilla with a medium/full body. Leathery texture with a long finish - Decanted two hours. The wine needs to cellar. This is a BIG Tempranillo. Some currant on the nose. Excellent food wine.

Becoming a big Booker fan. This Tempranillo surprised me on the floral strength; No decant and opened up right away. Full body with med to long length.

Dark red and black fruits, fig, dried earth, leather, clove, dried rose petals, velvety texture, medium tannins that are mouth-coating at this lifecycle, but manageable. Really nice new world style of Tempranillo.

Decanted 1 hr. Drank over 2 days. Day 2 was a touch less tasty than day 1. Consistent, dry, tannic tastes of darker fruits.

So good. I don’t care that it isn’t a typical Tempranillo - give me more.

Very powerful, Booker style. Loads of fruit. Strong tannins. Complex. But if you have the chance, wait a few years before drinking.

Really nice. Blueberries. Fruit forward, but still earthy and tannic. Has years ahead of it, but drinks well now if power is your thing.
