Sunday, February 23, 2020 - A private dinner (Restaurant l’Entrecôte et les Dames, Amsterdam, NL): Wonderfully pure and creamy fruit, juicy and supple style, flowers and cherries, warm spices and a touch of black pepper, violets and peach, fresh and silky with light tannins, lovely length. Harmonious and delicious already, with lots of upside.
