Monday, December 25, 2023 - Opened another bottle of the MB on Christmas Day.
Cork was a little hesitant to come out.
Opened and let sit for about 2 hours before serving.
Deep purple color.
Nose of dark cherries adn hint of leather and earth with accent of dried herbs.
Good dark fruit profile with some mint and notes of licorice root and leather.
Tannins nicely integrated.
Shows class and grace.
An outstanding bottle of wine.
