Tuesday, April 27, 2021 - Second of two. Disgorged July 2018, 100% Pinot Blanc with no dosage, farmed bio. Opened yesterday, and in candor, I didn't care for it because it was out of balance, led by a bitterness that I didn't enjoy. Retasting today, the balance is better. Lots of citrus here, with some melon and apple, yet the fruit is lean and the wine is crisp. My advice is to let this breathe before judging it and also keep in mind this is a leaner, edgy in tone.
