Friday, January 27, 2023 - v nice red blend which as someone pointed out sure does modulate over time

started out pointedly spritzy, the way some reds do, a bit strangely, to throw one off

then (and the next days) that wanes and the wine becomes complex and pleasing with different foods

(weak vague review, sorry!)
