Saturday, August 13, 2022 - A chameleon. Decanted for 3 hours. Started as heavy grenache but you could tell the syrah was there. Then it went full grenache around hour 1.5 of drinking. Then around hour 3 it went full syrah. Each stage was great however. Super light tannins on finish, but some grip early-mid palate. Will obv come together with more time in bottle - but really tasty now.
