Sunday, June 21, 2015 - A definite tawny colour - ruby core, bricking rim but overall a dark tawny - winey nose, leather, forest floor - palate offers a bit more fruit, dried cherry - very dry, much better w food as is the case w most Italian wine - a bit dried out, glad I opened it now, I don't think that time will allow the tannins to fade while allowing enough fruit to stay - 89/3*/Mmm/15.50.
