Saturday, September 10, 2022 - Pnp a glass and then decanted the rest for two hours. Deep purple color. The nose shows herbs, spice, dark fruit, black pepper, plum, and burnt rubber. The palate shows much of the same with beautiful structure, strong tannins, and medium acidity. Medium finish.

I would lay this wine down for a few years. Maybe revisit in 5-7.
