Monday, April 4, 2022 - WSET 3 - session 5 (Utrecht): [Blind tasted] Shows a bit of development with lovely petrol, furthermore green apple, honey, candle wax and on the palate more lime and grapefruit. Not (yet?) as complex as I would have hoped. High acidity, medium finish. Guessed a Mosel riesling
