Wednesday, January 10, 2024 - Wow - just wow. I have never had a bottle of Sine Qua Non that wasn't something very special, but this is one of my favs. Citrus on the nose. Grapefruit, honey and mint on the palate. A glacial finish. Wonderfully integrated flavors that form a very complex mouthful. We drank it with herbed crabcakes from a master chef on a sailboat in the Bahamas. Anything may have tasted good in a situation like that, but this wine was as good as the food and the ambiance!
