Tuesday, November 20, 2007 - Chambolle-Musigny les Amoureuses Dinner, Mostly Groffier (Boka - Chicago IL): Decanted for several hours. A real powerhouse that might not have showed lots of Amoureuses character today, but that didn't really bother me given its youth. Mostly red fruit aromas, followed by red and black cherry on palate. Huge fruit, huge acidity, huge tannins all the way through. This is coming together already now, and I am very excited for where this will be in another decade.
