Monday, February 11, 2019 - Slowly bt breathed for 2 hrs. Color is dark ruby, floral, matured red fruits espeically hawthorn and hint of spicy aroma, a remarkable nose with structure and variety. On palate, however, tannin is almost bitter though not dusty. More acidic than nose suggested, some dark fruits emerged from mid palate mingled with spice. Finish is long. Nose is better than taste, I adore the 2007 Mugnier Amoureuses more.
