Saturday, January 1, 2022 - Completely different experience than the last bottle from about 2 years ago. This was open and had a gorgeous and complex nose of wild strawberries, pure fruit, and cherries. Good acidity with excellent balance and less structure than expected along with flavors of forest floor and more berries. Long finish. Amazing wine that was drinking perfectly. Not sure what has happened in 2 years since the last taste or if just bottle variation…
