Saturday, February 5, 2022 - Chez G, decanted an hour, perfect cork and level - dark glossy quite dense (for Burg) ruby, little rim development; attractive, nuanced nose, black cherry, judiciously spiced, hints of sous bois, graphite and strawberry, floral elements; fullish, much less developed palate, long, persistent and concentrated, silk and polish, should develop greater nuance with time, drinkable with pleasure but adolescent, upside. VF (18.5).
