Saturday, February 10, 2024 - Brick coloured, complex nose with spices, red and dark berries, a touch of oak. Taste with more red berries, good acidity, soft but still present tannins. Alcohol 14.5 %. A very balansed wine. Drinks perfectly at the moment.
It was great to reindeer, cream sauce with cognac, sauted brussel sproutes, fried sliced potatoes spice with juniper berreis, and pickled lingon berries.
