Saturday, August 1, 2020 - Semi-blind tasting of 5 Chiantis 7/31. 2 Classicos, 2 Riservas, 1 Gan Selezione.
Clear medium ruby with hints of garnet/brown around the edges on the medium meniscus.
Cherry, raspberry, SALT, roasted red pepper, vanilla and leather on the nose. The palate was less interesting. Medium body, high acid, fine medium tannins, Med+ length.
