Friday, September 29, 2023 - This is OK and still alive without any tertiary caramel, which is a relief. Nice complex notes of pear, hints of lychee, vanilla and ripe white peach. Medium plus weight, nice oily feel on the palate. Acidity is good. Long and complex. Drink now unless you like tertiary notes.
