Ok, for those of you all about wine pairings, this is a MUST. Wine felt a bit salty (which I liked), probably from the olive flavor that I got. It also had a really nice and well developed red and black fruit component. The final part, and something that I loved is the smoked ham/meats aspect of this. Really nice.
